Even the low-end Sibelius, called G7, can do a basic lead sheet and chord chart.

Yeah, the "babe factor" seemed much higher this year. One company (Peavey?) had a Playboy bunny complete with the Playboy logo and bunny outfit signing stuff and people were waiting in line to get photos with her? Dean Guitars had 3-4 model-types getting photos taken as well. There were at...

MOTU said it would cost $299 MSRP.

They also said it would be out BEFORE DP6.

I think this got buried earlier when I originally posted the NAMM pics, but Dave said the upgrade would be $199 for anyone who had EITHER 4.x or 5.x. He wasn't sure how far back the "grace period" would be for a free upgrade from 5.x, but he did mention that there would be a grace period. ...

I will have to give this a try. I haven't run DP since upgrading to PTLE 7.4. DP has not been playing nicely with my 002R for years.

The L3 Ultramaximizer (lite) vs the L3 Multimaximizer (full). The "Ultra" kind of looks like the L2, but the "Multi" looks more like the C4 with individual band adjustments possible. The Ultra comes with the Platinum bundle, but not the Multi. The Ultra has about a dozen presets....

Oh yeah...I'm not blaming MOTU for Digi's thrown-together CAM.

I'm just hoping I don't have to buy new hardware to use DP 5.11. It would be a lot easier if I could use my 002R. It works with 4.61 ok, but not great.

OK...Ok...wow...didn't mean to kick up a fuss. My only point was the online help doesn't cut it compared to the manual. It's like a quick-start guide. I also didn't ask for one, only if it was feasible to MAKE one from my hard copy. It does seem that the combination of OCR and graphics would be quit...

Searching the Manual

I do like having a hard copy manual for DP. It's pretty thorough, but lacks a good search feature and the index isn't as thorough as it should be, IMHO. Has anyone gone to the trouble of scanning it and making their OWN PDF from it so it's searchable? I have no idea how time consuming that might be ...

Anyone using 5.11 w/Digi hardware?

Not necessarily DAE, but the 002R or the Mbox2, etc. with the Digi Core Audio Manager 7.3 - or even 7.0. 4.61 is still not real solid with even the Digi Core Audio drivers for 7.3 (no external clocking available, for instance). I'm interested in whether 5.11 improved things there... Although it migh...

We do take away rear channel reverb from altiverb 6 regular, b...
