I'm getting a huge CPU spike when opening the PCI Console on Vista 64. The CPU jumps up to around 60%. It will settle after about 12 seconds, but if I make a quick tweak and the quit, the CPU will not recover for at least 30 seconds. If I don't pay attention to the CPU consumption and try to run Nue...
