I searched the forum when i first got the unit and found that most people were succesful when using two toslink cables instead of a bnc.

The ada8000 is slave and i'm running at 44k in Logic. But every few minutes i get clicks.

Yeah..Really sucks.
Apparently the config is flashed so no need for battery backup.

For now mines working with the reset..And i'm getting real quick at loading the cuemix config.

Madelefant what firmware is yours? Mines a 1.01 I wonder if it was a certain series that goes bad.

hehehe..i gave the erbs up a few years ago..Never say never, but a 15 year stint deserves some time off.

Yeah, i guess its time to open it up. Been a bit reluctant because i just reorganised and got everything screwed down and patched up in a kind of logical way.

It's 2 years old. Purchased in New York, now in Amsterdam the netherlands. I've talked to Motu support. They have no suggestions but to take it in. It works fine if i reset on each power up and reload my cuemix settings. I'm not going to get it fixed by them because its probably not worth the money ...

Same problem here. On power up it sometimes freaks out and the lights randomly freak out.

The factory reset worked.
