Re: Attempting to export to Finale XML errors!
The file should import OK even with these errors, but please report these errors to MOTU. It looks like they may be exporting some beaming information incorrectly. Hopefully that is pretty easy to fix and then this transfer will work better for everyone.

Re: Composer's Mosaic 1.58 on Mac OS X?
Sorry for the delay in replying - I don't follow this forum very often. As suggested earlier, the best way to get from Mosaic to Sibelius is to print a PDF from Mosaic, use PDFtoMusic Pro to convert the PDF to MusicXML format, then open the MusicXML file in Sibelius. PDFtoMusic Pro is available for ...

PDFtoMusic Pro
While we wait for Digital Performer to add MusicXML support, there's a great new product out to go from Digital Performer to MusicXML. PDFtoMusic Pro converts PDFs printed directly from music programs like DP into MusicXML format which you can then import into Finale, Sibelius, or many other program...

Re: USB quills
Isn't it true. Could our the composer's solution be as simple as a USB entry tablet with staff lines? I had a late-night-stupor-induced vision once of dragging a little inkwell around on the screen that had seperate chambers for 16th, 8th, quarter notes... Everytime I diped my stylus in the ink wel...
