New driver got me running!

Just got word from MOTU.

The new driver is here...

It's strange. I've been using this new driver for a few weeks now. It hasn't been perfect, but it's been working. It seemed like it got progressively worse as time went on. More like the card had a physical problem that eventually led to failure. I don't get it. Maybe it's time for that Lynx upgrade...

If I remember correctly, the 324 HATES via chipsets.

And certain video cards.

And certain ethernet cards.

And certain RAM.

Pretty much anything to do with a PC....the 324 hates it.

WTP....you're in a world of trouble there, but I can give you some info that will help. My advice is - buy the 424. Installs and works in minutes. Your probelm is the 324. Been in your shoes. I have the same card with the same 2408 MK II. Let me get home and I'll give you the specs on my old system....

The 2408 MK II does work with XP Pro, but your problem is most likely with the 324 card and your MB chipset. Certain Intel chipsets work...most other brands won't.
