Pops, clicks and other interference in MOTU 24 i/o

This is a weird one. since installing/updating to 10.4.7 and 7.2.1 I've experienced pops, clicks and "bursts" coming from my MOTU 24 i/o. It runs all my hardware synths, and I've eleminated the problem being an instrument one, by running tones from nearly all of them, with the same results...

Oh, great! Thanks for that IIIG. I 'phoned my UK distributor yesterday and they suggested that the card might be faulty. But you're describing exactly my experience. That doesn't discount a fault, but I'm inclined to think that it isn't. I don't really know what to do except turn them off and on, re...

If this has been dealt with previously, I apologise. Sometimes (but so frequently as to be an issue) one,some, or all of my MOTU's remain blinking after starting up the Mac.
