Better CPU performance - MOTU Ultralite or built in audio?
Hi, I cannot figure this out. Which is easier on my CPU/System (allowing more tracks, VI, etc), using the built-in audio or using my Utralite? In other words, when I am running DP 5, I want all the processing power I can have for virtual instruments. Does using the Motu Ultralite (which I love) help...

Problem does seem to be the OS
I've just read that a lot of my buggy problems will be fixed in OS 10.4.3

Great question. The MX4's factory patches are "built in." If you ever reinstall the program, etc, the program will create a new preference file. This is in your user library -- you/Library/Preferences/MX4.patches Understanding this makes everything else more understandable. Basically, you ...
