Toggle play button off and on

Post by scooter »

Is there a way to assign a key to toggle the play button off and on, on a track you're recording on?

Thanks

I assume you mean play enable, rather than play? Otherwise you would just tap the space bar. There is a play enable default key command you can find in the Commands window, and it can be reassigned. I don’t know that this would work when a track is in record mode — somewhere in the manual I recall reading that a track in record mode is automatically play enabled.

Yes I meant play enable. Thanks, I'll see if I can locate a way to do that in the Key Command window.
