Polar not always creating a new track - using trigger by rec
Anyone know why Polar would not always create a new track when recording using trigger by record gate? I have played with the record gate threshold - it works best at about -18db but it is not consistent. Sometimes the track just goes records over the track that was just recorded on instead of beginning a new track. Could this have anything to do with the attack and release times? There does not seem to be many other setting to adjust. Thanks!
