Authorization Not Accepted - RESOLVED

Sigh...

I've been having this problem for months. I upgraded to a new machine an updated to the newest version of DP. My authorization is not being accepted.

Any ideas on what I can do?

What version did you update FROM. I assuming you're not going up more than .x update, so that you're not required to pay an update fee?

I was adding DP to a new computer. I got it to work. I kept retyping my email and the authorization code. With experimentation of order of text entry and deletion and retrying, the activation button became enabled and I was able to submit the code. In this case, retyping my email address seemed to do the trick.

Your name, email and license must be spelled exactly the way they are registered at MOTU.

I don’t know it dash vs minus signs are still an issue as I now remember to use dashes only.
