MX-4 Problem with PT HTDM

I've got really problems to open MX-4 in PT6.4x.
The MX-4 window doesn't open.. it try.. it try
There are enough free resources on CPU..

With DP4.12 work my MX-4 fine..
Can anybody confirm this? Or is there any solution.
