Problem with sound coming out of ultralite mk3

When I run Logic Pro sound plays from ultralite mk3 without any problems. When I run Pro Tools 10 I get nothing, including no sound to headphone. I can see the signal meters getting input but nothing. Any thoughts?

hold the N key down while starting ProTools - it should then take you to the audio interface options page where you can select Ultralite.
