Looping Samples in the Pad Edit Window?

OK, I run the risk of sounding completely incapable but come on!, this should be and maybe is a "no brainer" ..... So how do I get my samples to actually loop when I hit a pad on my
Akai MPD 32 and keep looping until I hit the same pad again. I have tried searching the manual and the web but I still don't see the answer. Any help out there?

Hi,

select a portion of the sample.
right click and select create loop.
