A co-writer and I were getting pretty nice quarterly royalty checks from ASCAP for "Smooth Jazz" music placed with Muzak through a publisher in L.A.
However, we haven't received a check since April of last year (which would have been payment for Q3-2005)
Supposedly, there was a "server crash"...ASCAP or Muzak, I don't know.
Anybody have any input on this?
(I trust the publisher, BTW)
