I have a situation:
After the upgrade to Acrobat Reader 7 my files got stuck with a no-longer-existing Reader 6, searching for it every time I double-click them. I use to have a program that reassigns the files to a different program, got it from versiontracker.com, but lost it and even forgot its name...
Please put me back on the (version)track!
Thanks,
Nicky

Might you be looking for the RCDefaultApp preference pane? The website is Lindberg.
You can also do the same thing in the Get Info window of one of your PDF files. Select your preferred app and tell the OS to use it for all docs of this type.
