New Nation Audio..... make sure your account/past orders are still there.

Post by James Steele »

Just passing along to anyone out there who might have some New Nation products:

https://nnaud.io/

I own Prodigious, Tetrad and Reiya. I went to their site the other day and I had no downloads for my previous purchases. I filed a support ticket and my previous purchases and downloads have been restored. Apparently they had a server crash and lost some customer data. Come to think of it, I think I even had to create a new account there.

So... again, if you have any of the VIs by New Nation, go try to log onto your account. If it's not there, create one and send a ticket and let them know about the VIs you own and they will restore it. Hope this helps someone.
