Labels reset in 828es software after launching Logic

I've labeled my input and output channels for the 828es and created mixing, routing and device presets. Yet when Logic launches, it clears them all out. If I reload the presets then the routing and mixer config returns to what I set but the labels are still defaulted.

I don't see any posts about this, is this a known issue?
