My ILok Key stopped working

Today my I Lok key stopped working.
It blinks every 20 seconds or so, but it no longer stays lit.
MachFive says there is no I Lok present.
My mixing session today was f****d because I had a bunch of Mach5 stuff on the tracks that could not be played.
Help?

I'm so very sorry. I hate iLok. This same thing happened to me days after I bought M5. Thankfully, MOTU sent a new one right away. However, it took 3 weeks for F-ing Waves to reset my account for the replacement iLok. Also, iLok.com has no way of contacting them without paying them $25. Sorry for the rant. How long have you had it? Hopefully, MOTU can help you with it, not the iLok people.

i hate iLok too. Sometimes it works, sometimes i have to try it a few times, sometimes it doesn‘t work at all. Sometimes it looks as if it is easier to get a cracked Version rather than buying one ;·(

Not happy reading this. I'm thinking of getting MX4 but now I'm not so sure. Any more bad iLok experiences here??

It took about 10 days and some shipping money, but MOTU replaced my iLok.
I'm glad to have it back, because I really like MachFive.
I've put the iLok on a hub in a sealed chamber.
Professionals, beware!
