Can't locate samples

My system was fine and working.

Now I try to load and the files are missing i.e. the 6 circled search engine rotates looking for the sample but just locks up?

I have reinstalled the MSI file in case but no difference?

When I open the Instrument panel (in stand alone MODE) and choose an instrument it finds it no problems?

My EWQLSI Platinum Pro files work fine?
