ASCAP ACE Publishing question

I have a publishing company set up with ASCAP. PEN CULTURE MUSIC

I listed a song i wrote recently but I went and collaborated with a friend.:roll:

Now I have to change the writer info. The problem is that the tune is in a read only mode on the ACE website as it's being processed and i'm locked out of changing it.

What is the proceedure? Do I wait for the listing to wash through as final or what? If I do will it be changable then?

Thanks in advance for the help.
