preferences

Post by scott dansby »

I recently had a problem with a plugin that effected the whole dp 4.6 program. I called tech support and they had me dump my preferences. Now dp is not running as I would like. What should I do to find my old preferences or which are preferences that I should have and which do I not need?
Thank You

unless you had your old prefs saved somewhere (pre troubled plug in),which is a good idea anyway, you will have to recreate your personlization again..

No I didn't save them. It is unfortunate so now I will try to regain what I had. I have been successful at repairing one of the problems that I am having is resetting the time signiture to the one I like. I can not find where I do this. Any suggestions.
Thanks

I have the 4.5 manual and the information is not listed on that page. P 570 deals with time changes.

Yes I have. The problem is not changing it but saving it when I go back in after closing dp down and the time signature that I like has reverted back to the one I do not care for.
