828mkII & Lucid

Has anyone ever used the 828mkII in conjunction with another A/D box like Lucid Genx6-96? Can you sync both boxes up and use the 828 to monitor live tracking from the Lucid? Can I sync the 828 via SP/DIF output coming from the Lucid?
