Go to MOTU's site and download the most recent updates for Mach Five and install. I recently had this problem also, and that took care of it. The 1.2.3 update doesn't seem to delete and replace the old MachFive bundle (Library->Audio->Plug-ins->MAS->MachFive MAS.bundle). You have to FIRST DELETE THE OLD FILE "MachFive MAS.bundle" (ver. 1.2) then re-run the 1.2.3 updater. Voila! The new file will say it is ver 1.2.3.
