Spectrasonics Atmosphere

Hello, sorry for my Tarzan english. But I have a problem, when I use Atmosphere with 24 bits and 48k the tune failed, not works good one semi tone up from the normal pitch. Are some people know what is wrong? Obviously, I use Digital Performer 4.6, Tascam us 122 and iMac G5 2 ghz.
