Syncing cameras to audio

I've been recording with DP 4.6 and have recently decided to do some video as well. I was wondering how to sync up two cameras to the audio. I know that if my camera's have a external time output I can use that but it has to be near the time piece. I'd like to know for sure how to sync up that camera, and my main question is how do I sync up a camera that can be mobile. Hope you can help. Thanks
