AES3 @192 kHz ?

Sorry to ask
after some research even in AES org docs,
is there such a thing, commercially used ?
AES3 stream @192kHz sampling rate ?
A friend said his Scarlett would stream 192kHz on the digital outs...
So I checked what my 896mk3HDs do > no 192kHz on the digital outs
Correct ?
I am involved in comparing some 're-clocked' streams,
> i.e. Mutec MC3+ USB
and have questions...
Best regards

Hi Klaus,
That is correct. 192kHz is available on the analog I/Os only. Here's a screen shot of the manual page.

AES3 is 32–192kHz digital was written in 2003 and there are many hardware manufacturers that support it, mainly Allen & Heath. One designs a network architecture around the spec.
So yes, it exists but it’s a lot more involved than that.

Anyone has a list of manufacturers / interfaces that support 192kHz digital i/o ?
