Advice on stripped down set up for working on the road?

Hi,
As happens in the theater, everything is running behind on my latest theater scoring project. I'm leaving for NYC Monday morning and they're behind, so I'm behind. It wasn't supposed to be this way, but... oh well.

I just picked up a Motu M2, a Caldigit TB4 Element, and ARZOPA 16.1'' monitor extender to go with my MBP M1 (14.7/16GB/1TB). Arizopa and M2 into Caldigit into M1. I just dug up an ancient Oxygen8 (!), into Caldigit. I'll need to revise and possibly score while staying at a friends place.

So now I need to install to take things on the road. My Mac Studio is where everything is set up, installed, attached, so now I have to recreate and install on the M1. Here we go...

I've got the M2 working fine
I'll take my external Samples Drive and a 2nd external as my projects drive and do TB4 through the Caldigit.
I'll bring my USB iLOK - into Caldigit
I'll install:
DP 11.33
Waves Central (maybe)
Native Access
Maybe Izotope Product Portal

I honestly never know what I'm going to need (or have used on previous cues that might need last minute revision).
My serial numbers etc. are available through accounts online (or portal download apps) if I forget something, correct?

Besides worrying if I have enough internal space on my M1 boot drive, what I've never done and am wondering about is:
what exactly DO I install?
Is it possible to do installs of DP, NI, Waves, Izo on more than 1 device (if I have my iLok?)?
No Deauth or purchase 2 installs nonsense like Sibelius used to do?
For NI stuff is it possible to just install all the apps onto the M1 and NONE of the samples (they're already on my samples drive)?
I guess any Waves, Izotope stuff are just plugins so they simply get installed for a 2nd time through their portals?

Your thoughts would be appreciated. I'm a bit overloaded right now.

Guess what I'm doing all Sunday night? Train at 9 am Monday morning.

Back to composing.

Thx.

Ha-ha! I forgot that Waves ins't iLok anymore. Time to buy a USB flash drive to transfer... I don't suppose the flash drive has to be that big? I was also thinking of a dual USB A and C one, just for flexibility.

I’m using a small USB A flash drive to function as a license dongle for both my Waves plug-ins as well as Plugin Alliance plug-ins. Works fine.

Thanks James. It’s arriving tomorrow. There’s always 1 more thing….
