One audio track suddenly 1/2 step flat - RESOLVED

Here's a weird one.
I am running a session with a grand piano with four mics on four DP audio tracks.
In mid-session, one of the tracks suddenly pitch shifted to a half step flat.
I looked at undo history and there was no evidence of an accidental command issued.
The track has no plugins or inserts.
In the soundbites window, the track plays in the correct key.
I tried re-dragging it to the tracks window and it plays 1/2 step flat.
In the soundbites window, in the DSP column, it is the only track that doesn't have the little blue icon with the plus sign.
I searched the manual, but couldn't find what that means.
Anybody know what is up with this?
Thanks!

I wonder if there was an audio clock issue that cause this track to playback at 44.1K but it was recorded at 48K, (or 88/96 respectively)--I think that's a little more than a 1/2 step.
That would explain it playing correctly in the soundbites window.
In the Soundbites window mini menu there's an option to "Convert Audio File..." and there you can set the rate of the audio file and there is a checkbox to "Only change the file's recognized sample rate, but do not process the files audio".
You should be able to see what it "thinks" the recorded rate of the audio file is within that convert window.

The more recent transpose box in the sequence track field has done this to me several times. I don’t usually have the tracks large enough to see it and have ‘0’ confirmation visible.

Bingo! You found the solution.
Transpose was checked and "-1" was in the value field.
I had to make the track larger to even see the transpose box. (I didn't even know it was there)
There is no way I could have accidentally clicked the box, let alone put in "-1".
There was no reference to it in the Undo History.
I won't mark this as "Solved", because the cause is still a mystery.
That said, I am greatly relieved to know the solution.
Thanks!

If you don't mind, I'm going to mark it "RESOLVED" because someone else might run into this issue and not read this thread assuming that there was never any solution to it. I'm not as concerned about how it changed... but I think the solution is more important.

Because of my handicap, my fingers sometimes slip and cause all sorts of problems that do not show up in the Undo lists.

Don't mind at all.
Makes sense to me.
Hope it helps somebody.

It’s one of several mystery accidental shortcut key combos I seem to occasionally hit.

As with most power tools, you occasionally say, "How did this hole get here?"
