Safari troubleshooting advice needed

I'm running Safari 15.6.1 on Catalina on my 2012 MacBook Pro. I use this machine for my "day job": remote construction estimating. One of the main websites where I routinely download construction architectural plans (BuildingConnected.com) has "mucked up" Safari on my machine after years of use. Last Thursday they "blocked" my account pending more company info. I supplied the requested info and they attempted to restore my account. But Safari won't let me back onto their login page. It simply refuses to load. I spent half an hour on a zoom call with their friendly tech support, but nothing works. We cleared the cache in Safari, deleted the password from the Keychain, cleared all cookies and data from their website, restarted Safari, even tried a private window. Tech support concluded that Safari is still "remembering" something about their website, which keeps me from accessing the login page. In desperation, I downloaded and installed Chrome, and after jumping through some hoops, was able to login by resetting my password. But using Chrome is VERY inconvenient to my workflow. Does anyone know how to "clean out" Safari any further so it will let me onto the login page again?
