Good evening,
I work with two screens. On the first I have the sequence or the editor window with a channel strip. On the second I have the MIDI Editor. Now when I press on the first screen in the channel strip solo this does not work correctly. When I switch from MIDI editor to mixer in the second monitor it works. Anybody know that?
Greetings and Happy Christmas, Denis

Hi Denis,
Solo is one of those
everything affects everything else functions. I clicked on the wrong box accidently once and it probably took me a half hour going through the pdf manual, looking at every mention of
Solo and making sure that it was working the way I wanted when I was done.

No one here is going to know the correct solution without seeing your setup. Searchable PDFs are your friend. You can also access it through the
Help menu.

Hello,
I found the problem. Under Preference > MIDI Options > MIDI Solo Setup, you have to disable "Solo front-most MIDI edit window."
I find the solo department in DP... how should I say that... quite complicated. Simple is sometimes more.
Have a nice Christmas season and a healthy year 2024, Denis;
