Windows in DP 11 will not scroll together even though I have that setting checked in preferences

I've been using DP since the very beginning and love it, however lately I'm having a major issue which is slowing me down.
Even though I have the preferences set to "All windows scroll together and follow the counter, I can not get the sequence window to follow the tracks window any longer. I'm using a Macbook pro running High Sierra 10.13.6. DP version is 11.22. I would not think because I have chosen to keep my software version back a few upgrades that this would all of a sudden begin to happen. It's never been a problem in over 25 years. Any help or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.
