main outs on 1224

has anyone had problems monitoring out of the main outs on the 1224? No matter what I do I CANNOT get any audio to go through them.... I can monitor out of analog 1and2 but then I can't record into analog 1 without getting a really bad feedback problem!

I've just installed a used 1224, and am not yet able to monitor from the headphones, which I believe uses the same signal as the Main Outs. Right? So I'm looking for a similar answer. Haven't gotten much response to any of my questions yet on this board...

No problems here. I have two 1224's and I think they are among the finest interfaces MOTU ever produced. BTW - The main outs are also the best sounding. You do realize that the 1224 actually has 10 analog inputs and outputs and you have to enable them separately?
Stupid question: Are they enabled in the PCI console? Do you have any special routings or mutes in CueMix?
I can monitor out of analog 1and2 but then I can't record into analog 1 without getting a really bad feedback problem!
That sounds like a routing loop. I would suspect CueMix.

Hello,
I'm trying to configure my 1224 in order to work with Nuendo 2. But I don't dig anything with the Audio Console and the Cuemix.
I'm trying to send the audio ins to the main out of the 1224, but there is only the first audio in that goes to the main out.
A little help would be higly apreciate.
