Sample Tank 2 in DP 4.6 Wierd Pops

I am having problems with sample tank XL making pops and clicks when playing and recording? I am using DP 4.6 I have the buffer size to 512 and the clicks keep coming back. My hardware is a Dual 2.0 ghz G5. and 3 1/2 gigs of ram. The CPU isn't overloading so I don't understand where the pops and clicks are coming from. Anyone have this problem?
