Hello, when I open my old DP 9 projects in DP 11.02 none of my track meters on mixing board show audio representation on the individual tracks. The blue audio visuals on the track meters are missing. I can still hear the audio, just the visual representation is missing. I spoke with tech support and they suggested opening up a new project, loading the old project and setting it up with chunks. This works but takes a lot of time. I have lot of old projects I still work on. Anybody else not see the audio in the track meter?

This post is regarding the track level meter not showing output on the fader. I am using DP 11.02 and Mac OS 11.6
Anybody have this issue?

Do you have Fader/Meter checked in the Mixing Board mini-menu?

Thank you so much for your reply. I will check tonight to make sure, I haven’t noticed this before. So this maybe the issue.
Just to be clear, some projects have no visual audio output representation on the track level meter in mixing board or meter bridge. The sound is output/heard but no visual blue output moving in the meter. I close the project and reopen the project and it’s back.

I've had occasional "No visible meter" occurrences in DP, too. Seems like a bug, but I think I've only observed it twice on my rig.

Hi. Thank you both so much for your responses. It’s good to know I am not the only one who has experienced this. The result is time consuming when I have an artist at the microphone and I have to close and reopen a project to see the audio level in the track level meter on the mixing board and meter bridge fader. I have uploaded a really short video to YouTube showing the problem. It seems like a bug to me, but I just don’t know. It never happened to me before with OS 10 with DP9. Just started occurring when I upgrade to DP 11 and updated to OS 11.

Sorry I didn't have a solution for you, Torbin. I just saw your video and now I understand your frustration. If you ever get it figured out, please let us know. Good luck.

P.S. Have you tried trashing DP preferences? Might be worth a try.

Hi. Yes that’s the first thing I did. Trashed preferences. Lol

I've had this same issue. Have seen it a handful of times. I usually close and reopen the project and its fine, but its annoying. It might be a conflict with another plugin too, not sure.

I'm seeing the issue on DP 11.1. Really freaking annoying!!!
