USB audio interface recommendations

Well, since my 828 is going to Massachusetts, I'm in the market for a used 2-channel USB IO that plays nice with DP. Any experiences to report? I'm looking at M-Audio, Edirol...who else?

I used the Mackie Spike with DP for a while last year. I really liked the interface, but its a little on the pricey side for a usb i/o, solid interface nonetheless (you get some decent dsp effects on your input too)

i'm on DP4.12 and using a motu piece.
it's an older model but so far so good.
