Well, I've been happily working away and suddenly, the shortcut for previous/next take (Control-Option Up or Down Arrow) stopped working.

I'm guessing I might have fat-fingered some other key command that disabled this (it's happened before). Does anyone have a guess as to how I could have messed this up?

Looks like I just fixed it by changing themes (?!). I had been using a theme of my own creation from DP9, which is greyed out in the prefs window in DP10. Guess DP10 didn't like me using it.

Weird.

Yes, weird. A theme is just a bunch of images and colours. A theme should change the way things look, but shouldn't change what commands actually do.

BTW: Do these commands work for you guys ONLY when a track is record-enabled?

It seems like they worked on any highlighted track(s) in DP9.

In DP 10.13 they work on any selected track with multiple takes in or out of record mode.

OK... well for me, they're only working for tracks in record mode. On to MOTU tech support.

I'm experiencing the same problem in DP 11.04.
Only record enabled tracks react to take key commands. Is it working as intended?

I worked through this with MOTU support and ultimately discovered it was only (not) happening on one chunk. If you're experiencing this, try a different DP file or even another chunk in the same project and see if it's happening there, as well.
