Tempo Scale on the Conductor Track: Broken?

I've been trying to set the scale in the conductor track to show tempos varying from 0 to 120. The usual method is to drag over the values you want shown beside the scale. When I do this, I get a number of odd results:

Instead of 0 to 120, I might get 120 to 600.
Or I might get 0 to 30.

Or I might get a scale that shows the same values twice -- i.e. it runs from 0 to 300, then from 200 to 600, showing 300 twice, with some of the values partially invisible.

Is this function broken, or has the way of controlling it changed?

EDIT: Works fine in High Sierra. Doesn't work in Mojave.

Working in Mojave and DP 9.52 here-- with one quick test.

To be clear, you're talking about graphical editor view's vertical zoom/range (not the "scale tempo" function).

(As an aside, DP 9 is pretty crashy in Mojave for me-- so far no major lost work. Not trustworthy at all, though.)

That's right. I don't remember it not working in V9. I vaguely recall a few graphic things broken in Mojave.
