DP 10 setup for Metagrid

For Metagrid users, I hope you may be able to offer some setup help.
I’m trying to set up Metagrid for use with Digital Performer 10 on a Mac running Catalina 10.15.
On page 4 of the Metagrid DAW setup guide, there is the following statement:
“
For DIGITAL PERFORMER, name your port METASYSTEM - DP - IN. This port is hard-coded into the DP keybindings file that needs to be imported to make Metasystem apps work with this DAW.”
I hate to ask such a basic question, but…. Where do I do this? I think maybe it should be in the Bundles setup, but I’m not sure. Would it be possible to get a screenshot from a DP user to show their completed setup or description of where in DP to do this? I have used the available download pdfs for setup, as well as the YouTube videos for setup, but this is not part of the instruction. Like I said, sorry to ask such a basic question.
I have everything else set up, I think, but I’m not getting 100% success. I have found that when I attempt to use the marker naming button, which has the marker symbol with a subscript n, it causes metaserver to crash on my mac. I wonder if the port naming is part of that problem.
Metagrid has been highly recommended to by some DP users and I’m very excited to begin using it.
