There are threads on this.

Bottom line: No one has made it work. It's a firmware issue. MOTU would have to make a new card for hardware they discontinued 8 years ago.

Yeah... sadly looks like it may be the end of the line. Too bad. I have a HD192 and a 24I/O and I really like them. However, the fan in the HD192 is starting to get a tiny bit noisy again and I may have to have a tech friend swap it out again. For my needs, I may just stick with them and my MacPro 5,1 12 core for some time to come.
