I am having trouble getting the inputs of my 2408mk3 to work in Pro Tools, version 2018. The output works fine, but nothing is getting IN to PT. I can see the signal on the Analog In section of the interface, but nothing gets into Pro Tools. I've tried all available inputs and nothing works. Device works just fine in Logic and DP9.
I'm pretty sure I'm doing what needs to be done regarding the I/O page in PT, but what worries me is the input section for the 2408. Instead of it being three clean vertical banks of Analog/ADAT/ADAT, it's all goofy looking with 10 analog channels then various stereo and mono items.
Has anyone heard of known issues in such a situation?
I'm on a 2010 Mac Pro running 10.14.6 (I need to update my signature).

Did you try clicking the 'Default' button in the Input Tab of the I/O Setup?

Re: 2408mk3 and Pro Tools 2018
SOLVED
I found that I hadn't granted Pro Tools access to my "microphone" in the System Preferences > Security & Privacy. It works now.
