Has anyone tried this app to see what 32bit app to drop / clean up before migrating to a newer MAC ?

You can find the same info in About This Mac/System Report/Applications. It will take awhile for your Applications list to appear but it will.

Click on the Apple logo in the upper left corner of your screen.

We love Go64. It has tools in it to move files to trash and open folders etc. A wonderful boon to the mac world. And for free.

that is the attraction , and I think would make it easier to locate files etc.
