strum - in DP or as plugin

I'm looking for a way to turn existing chords in my sequence in DP (all 3 or 4 notes played at once) to strummed chords, the way a guitar would play them. I just need the individual notes nudged over a bit, for a quick strum, either up or down. I wish DP had something like the strum tool in FL studio or the Q Flam in Logic Pro X.
I've tried a few things in DP but can't get the result I want. The arpeggiator gives very unpredictable results -- I can't get it to produce just one arpeggio, and the notes cannot be overlapping. Groove quantizer really only works with single notes at a time (drum hits) and not chords. I've combed through the tools in DP and can't find anything that can do this.
Anyone have suggestions about how this might be done in DP? Or are there any MIDI strum plugins that anyone knows of?
Thanks.
