I'm in the market for one or two large SSDs for my VIs, iTunes and Photos. The Samsung 860 QVO popped up on my radar and a very nice price so I did some checking.

This also explains the Intel 660p and Crucial P1 consumer M.2 NVMe SSDs.

Although rated ok for a system drive, I'll stay away but for streaming, which is as close to a WORM environment as it gets for us, these look pretty nice and I'm liking the price.

I started a separate thread for offloading Photos and iTunes libraries on a Mac.
