DP 10.01 missing Technological Romance.bundle after update

Hey folks, I just grabbed the 10.01 (79936) update off the MOTU site, and after installing on my MacBook Pro I get an error when trying to open the application:

"Digital Performer has encountered an error.
OS error reported by File I/O:

File not found (-43)

Additional information:
/Library/Application Support/MOTU/Digital Performer/Themes/Technological Romance.bundle"

DP then crashes. I tried re-downloading the install, and got the same result. I went into the themes folder, and the Technological Romance bundle was there, when I move it out of the folder everything loads fine, so that's good, but it seems like something that shouldn't be happening. Anyone else have this problem?

So... everything's working okay other than the themes, it's loading with the default theme, but if I try to change it gives me the same error.
