I know this is an old thread, but I found on yumpu the Mackie Control chapter of an old DP manual (I don't know which version):

It describes the functions and modifiers for all buttons. Great stuff fro newbies to DP like me

It took me a while to find it, so I am posting it here in case it can be useful for others.
