OSX versions bug-lists ?
i.e related to networking, or coreaudio, or usb / firewire
etc etc...

If there's an official listing, I've never seen it. You can find lists of accessibility issues here but much of it is out of context. I'm handicapped and I don't bother with it.

There are various newsletters and web sites you can subscribe to that discusses these issues. If you register with the Apple Developer program, you have access to many resources. I did that for awhile but life is too short.
Other than that, Google is your friend.
