javascript:emoticon(':D') Sherlock Fix for 10.4 users

Here is a fix for Sherlcok under Tiger. It worked well for me and I thought I would pass it on to those who like using Sherlock.
from Miriam Gillitt:
In answer to David Krafchick's comments, there seems to be a real problem with Sherlock: but after deleting the Web Foundation folders( Home Library>caches>Sherlock>Web Foundation>folders) and then locking them after using "get info", Sherlock does indeed work reliably for now.
I have communicated with Apple about this, apparently it is a known issue, but they haven't posted anything about it that I can find anywhere. There have been reports about this problem on the discussion boards for some time, it would be nice to have some sort of official word from Apple as to whether they have a permanent fix.
