Hello,

From my understanding DP stopped including middev and midnam files a decade ago, so everyone used the Cherry Picker app to make them until newer operating systems made it inoperable. There is information to get around this for older keyboard models; but not for new models to work with DP.
Does anyone have information for newer models or work arounds? I am looking to buy Korg Kross 2 keyboards, but need to figure out how to load patches into DP.

FYI... you can search for cherry picker on this site and find a download link where you can get a version that may still work.

I have a bunch of middev/midnam files under '/Library/Audio/MIDI Devices/MOTU', installed I think by DP 9.x - you might want to check there. If you have them, they're full of examples. You can create, copy and edit them with a text editor, preferably one with XML support.
