Is there a way to export the MIDI "piano roll" view to an image without using screen capture? I would like an easy way to save and print the MIDI graphics as images.
If this isn't possible in DP, is there another software that could do something similar with a standard MIDI file?

DP won't and I don't have anything else that will. What is it about a screen shot that doesn't work for you?

I have about 20+ hours of MIDI files to go through, and I don't want to deal with thousands of screen shots and splicing things together again. It's an odd project I'm working on...

Why edit and splice still screen shots? You can capture the screen in a video app, select and freeze the scenes you wish to print.

That was going to be my next thought. You can use Quicktime to do a screen capture video as you play the MIDI. If you want to get it set up with Soundflower or some other audio capture utility you can include the audio in the resulting movie file. (This shows how:

This application doesn't print AFAIK, but it is very cool and may be of use to you:

OP is listing Windows but there are a ton of apps that can do that task. Cost ranges from free to pro$$$$. If that’s all that is needed, free apps are available.
