master fader not working

Just upgraded to DP 9. Master fader not working. All tracks output to Master 1-2. I'm guessing that I am missing some simple solution? Thanks!
Does it move when you click on it? If so, do the values change? Or is the fader not responding at all? How about if you insert data manually into the track? Is the output set to a valid output? Maybe reset the bundles? Check Audio/MIDI setup as well.
The first thing I'd do is reapply the installer. Sounds like something didn't get loaded properly.
